In Letterboxd, open Settings, then Import & Export, and choose Export your data. Letterboxd gives you a .zip file.

Is my Letterboxd export uploaded?
No. Your export is read by your browser on your own device. Nothing is uploaded to Atrium or stored anywhere, and closing the page clears it.

Which files does the stats tool read?
It reads diary.csv for your watch dates and rewatches, ratings.csv for your rating spread, watched.csv for the films you have seen and watchlist.csv for your watchlist. Reviews, likes and lists are not read.
