FAQ
Questions about Goodreads stats
Is this Goodreads stats tool free?
Yes. The stats tool is free, with no account and no sign-up. Atrium is a free media tracker, and importing your books into it is free too.
Is my Goodreads export uploaded?
No. Your export is read by your browser on your own device. Nothing is uploaded to Atrium or stored anywhere, and closing the page clears it.
How do I see my Goodreads stats?
Export your library on the Goodreads website: open My Books, then Import and export, and choose Export Library. Drop goodreads_library_export.csv on this page and your stats appear straight away, worked out in your browser.
Can I see my Goodreads year in review?
Yes, any time of year. The year in review covers every year you finished a book, with the books and pages you read, your busiest month, your top author and your best rated books, so you get a Goodreads wrapped for this year or any year before it.
How many pages have I read on Goodreads?
The tool adds up the page counts of every book on your read shelf, per year and in total. Books Goodreads has no page count for are left out of the pages total.
Which parts of the export does the stats tool read?
It reads each book's title, author, shelf, your rating, the Goodreads average, page count, format, publication year, date read and read count. Your reviews and private notes are in the file too, and are never read.
How do I keep my stats growing?
Import the same export into Atrium for free. Your books, ratings, shelves and read dates come across, and Atrium keeps stats for your books, films, shows, games and anime in one library.
